CPM Employer Solutions
was established in
January 1994 (as
Computerized Payroll
Management, or CPM), at
the request from the
customers of our parent
company, National Risk
Services (NRS), one of
the largest premium
audit companies in the
Southeastern United
States. As payroll
auditors for over 35
years, the owners of NRS
were often asked to
recommend a good quality
payroll provider who
could not only provide
payroll services, but
also assist in payroll
audits for insurance
customers.
The management team
of CPM Employer
Solutions has over
60 years of combined
services in the
payroll, human
resource, insurance
and investment
industries, and we
bring this expertise
to you on a daily
basis.
At the beginning of
2006, the company
embarked on an
ambitious plan of
utilizing new
software to utilize
the expertise of
their staff and
expanded the
offerings to include
additional employer
services such as
Human Resource
Administration,
Insurance and
Retirement Services,
Employee Self
Service, Integrated
Expense and Applicant Tracking
and an Integrated
Web Timeclock.
